  I am very pleased with my purchase of the Monfish Bread Pan. It has lived up to all that the good reviews I based my purchase on. The lid is very easy to slide on. The Pan is sturdy and washes beautifully. My bread came out easily and shaped exactly as I was hoping for. I am looking forward to many years of use. It is important to follow the directions that came with the pa. My only criticism would be that a recipe did not come with the pan.
