  I have put this thing to the test. It met my needs and even when I thought I was cramming too many pages in?... it just went chomp chomp chomp. I don't recommend putting more that about 8 pages at a time but this thing HAS NEVER SHUT OFF (thermal shutdown) even when i thought i pushed it too far... It just keeps going NOM NOM NOM! ... if anything I had to give my back a break from bending over and feeding its hunger for more paper. Just WOW! The last one I had was also a fellowes BUT it was from the 90's and I think this company has done well for their customers. This ting is RELIABLE! Can't say enough good things about this unit. Yeah.. You won't be disappointed!!! (Small business/home business use)
