  In use now for a month. So far so good. Smooth rolling. Blades come out paper cutting sharp but not shaving sharp. Certainly good enough for slicing tomatoes as an example. The addition of the ceramic disk might improve this to system to scary sharp. Like that it was designed in Canada and a considerable cost savings to its over priced German counterpart. The small blade sharpening shelf could use some improvement but works for most medium size, although it has some difficulty with smaller paring knives. Once knives are profiled well, keeping blades touched up and sharp is fast (30 sec) and easy (only need to use the #2 1000 grit disk). Love that they are double sided for the added longevity of their use.
