  At first i was scared once I opened the box, seemed complicated, but it was relatively easy to put together,very clear instructions for sure. Very sturdy, easy to adjust, very comfortable laying on it. Little bigger than what I hoped but easy to slide it around. I feel a very good stretch for sure, haven't used it enough yet to be able to say that it helps lots, but so far so good. I feel great after using it. Arrived quickly.
