  I was really hoping to like this toaster oven but I have been very disappointed with it. I’m not sure if it is calibrated correctly because it is very difficult to make toast without burning it. Also, there are 2 positions where the rack can be placed but they are both too close to the elements; therefore, the food burns on the one side while the other is not fully cooked. I wish it just had 1 position that was equal distance from the elements. I tried to give it a fair shot but in doing so, I missed the cut off to return it. I really wish I bought something else.
