  Read the other reviews. Very informative and accurate. Great machine. Milk foaming requires a bit of practice. A different container than the included milk frothing mini-jug can help. I leave the "foam enhancer" tube on for better results (although some people reported better results with it removed).
  
  There were NO cups included in my unit. Read the description carefully. It does NOT say cups are included (even though others report they received cups, and the packaging has spots for 2 cups).
  
  It is a great machine! Hope it lasts me!!!
