  Interesting story but the writing is a little amaturish I felt. I think there could have been a lot more detail added to the story but the main thrust appeared to be the relationship between Lale and Gita not too much on the tattooist's painful experience with his "clients". It lacked authenticity but nevertheless a difficult subject but with a much more experienced writer it could have been an excellent read.
