  I used a different brand of ear plugs for about six months but they often popped out of my ear and they didn't really block the noise very well. These ear plugs are perfect I live on a main street with a lot of traffic and I am a very light sleeper. I am finally getting a good nights sleep after a long time of disrupted sleep. Very Happy.
