  This product came with a poorly written manual even a scientist and electrical engineer could not understand. It states clearly in the manual that this is a medical device that should only be used under supervision and knowledge of a doctor or physio therapist who can show which setting and where to put the device. Otherwise it is a guessing game and it is another dust collector as they do not give refunds under any circumstances.
  
  When I called there so called customer service, they said they had nothing to do with the description of the ad and I was meet with extreme rudeness and hostility.
