  I have always loved Garden of Life Products, but was disappointed in this one. I can't say anything for efficacy yet as they have just arrived, but as others have pointed out, it takes TWO capsules for the 50 b CPU dose and there were broken capsules on opening the bottle. The only reason I didn't return it is that the price is so much lower than I would pay locally, I can deal with the broken capsules. Will pipe in later with efficacy results.
