  I will give it a negitive for the custom service if i could.
  
  I really regret that I didn‘t read this before I bought this item.
  
  THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE EVEN UNTOUCHED WITHIN FIRST WEEK !! Before purchasing I wasn’t given any info on it not being returnable. ON MY RETURN PAGE IT SAYS “RETURNABLE BY MAY 11” which is a month from today. �鶹�� customer service manager has no respect for customers and mocked me the entire time while I was trying to solve this issue. This is the first review I’m leaving in my entire life so you know how DISAPPOINTED I am with this product and �鶹�� as well. I purchased this product just 2 DAYS AGO as a bday gift to my mom and was planning to return due to my mom already been gifted this product and she said she hated this juicer. (major leaking issues, not fully juicing).
  
  This person is a hero, I did the exact same thing and got no results. i bought hundreds of items from amazon everyyear never had this issue. so disappointed.
