It calls for lock washers which are not required and have actually been taken off the parts list. Other than that there were no other issues. I used it on my chop saw so used a combination of plywood and 2X4's so I didn't waste a huge piece of plywood. The total size ended up being 24" X 56" and since I have a small workshop, I can now easily push the saw out of the way when not in use. I totally recommend this product.
