  It seemed to work, but by the time I got to the bottom of the bottle there was a TON of sugary sediment.
  
  I ordered 2 more bottles (for me and my husband) thinking we would just shake it more this time. To our disappointment, the next one had even more sediment. Likes an inch of sugar that doesn't mix or dilute into the liquid. Making it taste awful and texture, awful.
  
  We are returning the bottles we have, as unfortunately, 25% is wasted and not consumable.
  
  Lastly, if you have any thyroid problems, ask your doctor if you should/can take this product.
  
  I still give it a 4 star rating because it actually did improve migraines and sleep.
