    Didn't work on install at the local car stereo shop. Received the message "SEND PROTECTING SERVICE". Manual says to send unit to the nearest service center, and when calling JVC support it leads to a voicemail. Outside of the return window so that's my fault, but should have just bought a stereo at the local shop instead. Major disappointment for a brand new unit.
