  I'd recommend the'Topeak D2 SmartGauge' to an avid rider. I especially like the rotational display so it can be read while the tire valve is anywhere on the wheel. Also, the ability to release the surplus of air without removing the gauge from the stem and then reattaching it when trying to find the desired pressure is a great feature. The display counts down in the air release mode which is ideal for the perfect tire pressure. I've had it over a year and have used it often. It's a good product.
