Worst printer ever! At first seems great, everytjing is through online and internet and still easy to put together to make it work but you need to enroll to HP instant ink to make it work otherwise it won't.
For 6$ ish / month it ask you to enroll to it so when ever your ink is liw you get bew ones but mail we did but then, we don't use the peinter much "to not say pratically never" andcright sway cartriges was sent to us as the same week we pluged the printer.
But since we hafmd new ones plus the cartriges to replace when needed, we canceled the subscription. 1- the charged us an extra month after the month of cancellation. So if you cancel on june first 10th for ex. your subscription will end only in August and july you'll still be charged. 2- when you enroll to it, you have 50 copies you can print out with your cartriges. So the machine calculates it and you can see it through the app abd this is how the SCAM starts. It calculste that maximum 2-3 months of use then the printer/the app/by emsail HO tells you you're liw in ink and need to replace them. We printed 7 times withe the printer because we were out of the country for a little while snd the printer would print so clear thst you believe it. I did a HP test print and the print was so colofill like new cartriges but everytime we tried to orint sn 鶹 return i we couldn't use it. So we haf to put the new one. 3- as soon as the cancellation took place, we got an email from HP saying that our subscrition was done but then, another email the sameday saying our ink was low and couldn't print. No subscription = no use of the print. 4- when i mentioned that it calculates i forgot to mentioned that 59 copies is tbe subscription and not per cartriges because we are at 14 copies(apparently) counting the ones we tried to test but sfter putting the new cartriges it keeps adding on the 50 copues plan don't want to kniw what is next.
Now Since the cancellation took place on the instant Ink (june 21st 2024) tje printer doesnt work at all, it tells us we can't print, the lights are blinking, the digitalscreen display is buzzing it AGAIN also says no ink, can't reset it factury mode or reinstall the software and HP support is not reachable at all by phone (they have a message and its cuting off when it says we sre transferring you or it ssys our phone line for tech support is having an issue to try online instead) and the chat takes for ever so i gave up after 1hr trying. BIG SCAM and hope to get my money back now i got a brad new printer and can't use it.
