  too high in sugar and has a chemical taste no matter how cold I got it and how much I shook the bottle/ my doctor told me to buy the high protein ensure because I needed to get my protein levels up but I could only stomach one without getting sick ( I have Reflux/Gerd disease ) the rest went down the drain
