In a blender, combine 1 bottle of Chocolate Ensure High Protein 12 g, 1 banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 tbsp of quick oats and 3-4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour and serve.
In a bowl, combine 1 bottle of Vanilla Ensure High Protein 12 g, 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg, 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp water. Stir with a whisk or a fork. Pour batter onto a hot, lightly greased skillet. When bubbles appear and the underside of the pancake is golden brown, flip it. Cook until the other side is golden, too. Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh fruits or jam.
In a bowl, mash 1 ripe banana slightly, leaving lumps for texture. Add 1 cup whole rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tsp cocoa powder and 1 bottle of Chocolate Ensure High Protein 12 g. Mix well and transfer into 2 jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
