Not the sturdiest or cheapest, but it'll do the job

Easy to install, but not cheap. Unfortunately there is a bit of slack/give due to the nature of the mounting bracket/slot on the HP 23es monitor. Hopefully it holds up/lasts! The plate itself is sturdy, but it would be nice if there was some sort of insert that could tighten up the bracket and plate connection (the included foam tape piece is thin and flimsy). Expect to use most of the washers for the bottom bolts to prevent the bolts from contacting the back of the monitor.
