  So there is another review here where they opened it up and found that it was not a voltage converter, but others said it worked. Personally I don't have the equipment to test whether or not it would convert, but I did have another travel block that I used to make sure the various plugs worked.
  
  Everything functions as expected when plugged into the other block plugged into my 120V home system. I don't have any European trips planned in the near future, so I don't have any other way to test this.
  
  The price is pretty similar to other travel adapters and I liked how this one had USB ports, which saves having to bring another plug. Overall it seems to do what it's supposed to and I would feel confident traveling with it when compared to the other adapters I've used.
