  Make sure this is the right product for your family member. Bought is product for senior parents. Picture is deceiving. Sits way too low in the tub and was unsuitable for their needs. Company does not honor return policy. After much negotiation they told us to keep the bench, offered 70% of cost and told us to sell the it on a marketplace somewhere. Totally inappropriate but we agreed. When the refund came it was only 1/4 of the cost. It has been the most frustrating �鶹�� order we have ever made. Never ordering a product from this seller again!!!!
