  It charges fast. That part I know. As for the longevity I gave it 3 stars because I have no idea yet. I will have to add a new comment in 5 years I guess. I think I got it for as good price so 5 star. regarding the battery life I guessed at 4 because most Lithium batteries now last quite well but have not ran this one down to recharge yet.
