  when I first got these cups I was so excited, because the design and shape are exquisite.
  However after a few washings by hand, I started to notice the colour inside the cup at the bottom was fading, leaving dark marks. Literally left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll stick to the reputed brands for bone china.
