  We live semi off grid and this little pot is my FAVOURITE. I use it to boil eggs, fry eggs, boil pasta, fry ground beef....literally can cook almost everything. It's super easy to clean.
  It heats up super fast. Uses low wattage.
  When it says do not submerge it means not even when you wash it. It took a couple weeks to dry out before I could use it again after I forgot and washed in in water. And don't use metal utensils. It will scratch easy.
  All in all a great pot.
