  while the product is fine, is as advertised, the process of shipping is poor. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive from Ontario, which is substandard, then you tell me it's lost. Then it arrives together with another package I ordered through �鶹�� of the same product which arrives in about 36 hours from a local source. If my package from you was lost, why does it get 'found' when I order another product from �鶹��?
