  All parts arrived as advertised. Though, The rungs are not fixed, you have to slide each one to make it a ladder...so, it doesn’t arrive ready to use. It functions well and anchors easily. The cones were left outside in the sun and rain by accident and became brittle and cracked. It served its purpose.
  
  It seemed inexpensive, so you probably have to take better care for it to last. Overall it is good because I got it mainly for the ladder.
