  Perfect for little counter space. And no broiler. I miss that. But it’s so handy. I’m single and don’t always need a whole oven for a small meal. A small pork roast fits perfectly. And came out so juicy with just a dry rub. I’m so happy.
  I also store a lot of my big pots in the oven, now I don’t always have to empty them out.
