  The Remote is good. Set up was very easy! Please verify the FCC Id is correct, this is a very important step. Just because it looks the same as your current Remote does not mean it will work for you. There are a couple of different auto start set ups for the different vehicles depending on your vehicle and how it is wired. If your vehicle does not have a hood or trunk switch do not fret there are ways to get around that and still have a successful set up. I have been using the remote for quite some time and have had no issue at all.
