I have a similar backpack style workbag in the back of the truck that is a bit smaller and was looking to supplement it with another.
This one has a ton of pockets for drill bits and other thin small items, like reciprocating blades and pencils, and FEWER slots for screwdrivers and various pliers, and thicker hand-tools. I give this a 4-star, as these types of pockets are not that useful, but it does allow the marketing department to say they have "73" pockets on this backpack.
The one outstanding -- and I consider this to be a feature with this bag, is that you can lay it flat because the front zip allows you to flip it open. My current backpack tool bag cannot do this. It has to be left standing up vertically all the time on it's heavy-duty plastic base and you have to reach in through the top.
This backpack also has a separate dedicated padded laptop compartment which my current one does not have.
Build quality is heavy-duty, as I would have expected for a "tool" bag backpack. Zippers are good quality, but are not YYK brand.
The top front pocket on this bag is a molded hard EVA pocket, so you can store a valuable, like your phone or sunglasses, or something more delicate like a smaller sized multimeter, otherwise, use one of the gusseted interior pockets.
Overall this is a very decent bag for pro-consumers, or handyman type work. It is missing a few really heavy-duty features that a dewalt, husky, or milwaukee equivalent backpack-style bag might have, but it hits the majority of the good build quality points I would look for.
