  I cannot honestly say that I have tried any other sea salts...but the salt grains are nicely sized ... perfect for salted caramels and to sprinkle on chocolate chip cookies. Really no one wants to crunch down on a large salt crystal. The taste is more delicate than the kosher salt crystals that I have used in the past. (I had to crush them to make smaller crystals).
  
  I bought this particular was because it was an �鶹�� choice...the price was right.
