  It does exactly what it says. If you have a big case get longer sata cables otherwise they might not reach depending on case configuration. Aside from that does exactly what I want it to.
  
  When you insert a drive don't force it. Gently push it as far as it'll go and then close the door. It'll push it the rest of the way in. Haven't had any issues with it at all.
