I ordered the washer and first, it was delivered to the wrong address because the shipping label had water damage (the person who got my package called and told me this- neither FedEx nor Giantex knew). The company offered a refund or a new washer so I asked for a new washer. It was delivered AND FedEx picked up the first washer and delivered that too- so up until today I had two washers. The company sent a return label and I was able to send it back. Customer service is helpful but they don't respond on weekends.
Have had the washer for a week now and run 5-6 loads so far. The size is pretty decent. We are a household of two and a week's worth of laundry takes ~4 loads (not including sheets or towels). It's not noisy and has a powerful spin cycle so clothes air dry overnight.
The sink adapter was not the best quality so the tap was leaking and even the hose exploded off the tap whenever the machine would shut off the water. So we had to babysit the first wash cycle. Replaced the sink adapter for a better one from Home Hardware (cost like $4) and it worked like a charm. I have it on a dolly since the machine does not have wheels.
2-month update: absolutely love the washer. It's made our lives so much simpler. No issues have come up since we replaced the sink adapter. The spin cycle helps get 80% of the moisture out and in the winter with the heat on, clothes air dry in 5 hours.
