This is my second YaberAuto Jump Starter. I liked the first one, it got me out of a couple jams quickly like the time I sat in a ferry lineup for 2 hours with the radio on and when the lineup started moving, the car battery had died. Since I bought an additional vehicle, I figured it would be a good purchase to get another booster pack. The first one was more bare-bones, with just the jump ability and the light. This one is a nice upgrade.
I think the best feature of this device is the addition of an air compressor. In my other vehicle I have the jump starter and a separate air compressor. This device eliminates the need of storing 2 devices. I also like the sturdy carrying case which holds all the accessories. I have a NOCO one that just comes in a drawstring pouch, but I prefer the hard case.
I topped up all 4 tires on my car, (roughly 5 PSI each), and this did the job fine. I did notice that the hose got pretty hot after I was finished. It used up 20% of the battery of the device. Which I think is fine, I'm likely only to use this in an emergency, not for daily use, so if this thing can get me out of a sticky situation then it's already worth the price. Cheaper than calling a tow truck. One thing that I noticed that was weird is that while it was inflating the tires, the display looks glitchy like it was something out of the Matrix. (see video) It seemed to have no impact on the inflating, and the display went back to normal every time the inflating stopped, but it's definitely kinda weird. I liked the auto shutoff once the air pressure has reached the desired amount. The display is very vibrant and easy to read. I did have to refer to the manual a few times, as there are quite a few buttons and icons on the display. Fortunately this comes with a case, as I will definitely be keeping those instructions.
The jump start works fine so far. I hooked it up to the car battery and it works fine. Hopefully this lasts, so far it has done everything I have tried.
