  The doll was great but the box arrived damaged. Given the price and the fact that this is a collector's item, the box should have been in good condition. Customer service was lacking but did accept the return. I ordered a second one that still had some markings on the box but but the doll was fine. I kept it but woudl have returned it if I was ordering it only as a collector's item.
