Great replacement sanding pad

My previous sanding pad (that came with my Ryobi JobPlus) got mangled by the power of the tool. It feels like the old head used aluminum for the mating connector.

This Dewalt unit looks to use a hardier (steel perhaps) metal so it doesnt feel like it's going to get bent out of shape. This comes with a pair of adapters for Rockwell and Bosch.
