  I can’t say strongly enough how incredible their customer support team is and how well they support their product. That alone is a reason to buy this product and also the fact that it works flawlessly.
  I had some problems hooking up the camera!!! I read about the problem on Google if I used a USB A to USB C cable with data wanting to transfer locking up the functions of the camera. I tried using a “Data Blocker” plug in adapter and it should have worked because it doesn’t have the two centre electrical connections for data.
  I contacted customer support, should have done that first, and we went over the problem. They sent me the proper cable for my truck no charge.
  Now it works the way it should.
