- Reviewed in Canada on February 21, 2024The suitcase itself is great. The problem here is that they sent it out with two different zipper types. One zipper can be used to work the advertised locking mechanism, the other zipper cannot.
This has completely defeated the purpose of the locking mechanism now.
Hoping the seller will work to rectify this, as I do not want to go through the process of having to ship something this large back.
