- Reviewed in Canada on April 15, 2023I wear earplugs every night to sleep. These ones proved to be pretty good and so I decided to repurchase the same ones once I ran out. The first time I bought them they came as described: inside a nice grey case and with a small yellow travel case as well. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, on the right is what arrived the *second* time I purchased them. No case. No travel case. Earplug pairs in individual plastic bags inside another plastic bag. Incredibly wasteful and time consuming as I now have to sit and open all of them to put back in the old case. What a thoughtless way to treat a return customer. I hope someone contacts me to make this right or I鈥檓 going to have to go back on the hunt for good earplugs.
