  I "reordered" this product based on prior experience. The first two times I bought (3 set total) the item was as described. So now I bought two more sets. (now 5 packs total). This time I didn't get the same quality item.
  
  The description claims "high density brushes", "specially curved power tip".... this is FALSE.
  The description says the brushes have coloured inserts to differentiate amongst users... This too is FALSE. The product no longer has coloured inserts.
  In addition, the protective cover falls off easily if the brush is held upside down or tilted sideways, thereby the "protective" cover offers no protection. Brush head is smaller and flimsier than before.
  I can't yet comment on the brushing/bristle quality, if the bristles fall out, etc. but based on how the seller/�鶹�� is okay with false advertising and deliberately misleading customers with unarguably false claims (like the presence of coloured inserts), my expectations are quite low.
