  I’ve bought multiple bottles of Can-Prev Magnesium Bisglycinate from various sources. I’ll trust that it gave me the level of magnesium I needed without any side effects. However, with the liquid bottles it consistently ends up “clumping” at the bottle. Clumping into hard non-dissolvable chunks. You would need a hammer to break them up. So, a percentage of the contents gets wasted.
  I finally clued in and switched to the Can-Prev Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules. No waste.
  I’d recommend just purchasing the capsules instead.
