  Perfectly fresh as all of the spices from this brand are. I enjoy adding a few of these spicy flakes to my homemade guacamole or on grilled meat. It can be pretty potent but just add a little and that will go a long way. I store my flakes in an airtight jar and they stay fresh for a long time.
