It can be embarrassing for people who experience urinary incontinence to have to speak up about it and embarrassing to have to seek out products to combat it but it's a fact of life for many and it really shouldn't be 'taboo' -- it's just life. However, this product goes a long way to making someone with incontinence issues feel a little more normal and a little less like they have to walk around wearing a diaper the size of, well, a diaper. The design and appearance of these underwear is terrific. They look and feel like normal undies and they do not look or feel like diapers at all. That goes a LONG way to making a person more self-confident and less stressed out about a medical issue that they cannot control while awaiting surgical intervention. Or even if it was an age-related issue or some other problem that causes the incontinence, I think that making the product look and feel like decent undies instead of 'adult diapers' goes a long way to helping a person feel better about themselves while dealing with the medical issue.
These are quite comfortable, stretchy, and fit well. I think that all products of this nature probably feel a little alien at first but these are better than most and they are definitely worth trying if you or someone you love needs a bit of assistance with urinary incontinence.
They restore confidence while also restoring dignity -- and that is priceless.
