- Reviewed in Canada on January 16, 2025The Razer headset is terrible. After just under 2 months of use, it started malfunctioning. The left side of the headphones constantly stops working, and to make it work again, I have to hit the side of the headset hard. Additionally, when you connect it to the computer, two audio output options appear: one for chat and another for gaming. You don’t have the option to disable this. Moreover, when you connect it via cable (to charge and use it simultaneously), two more outputs appear, totaling four, because the headset separates the wireless audio outputs from the wired ones. So, every time you connect the headset to the computer, you have to change the audio outputs, and when you disconnect it (to use wirelessly), you have to change them again. Extremely disappointed with Razer; this is the fourth Razer product I've purchased with some hidden chronic defect.
My last purchases, which I do not recommend due to hidden chronic defects:

Razer Kraken v3 Pro
Razer BlackWidow v4 Pro
Razer Leviathan X
Razer Chroma ARGB Controller
Razer Chroma Light Strip Set
Do not buy any of these products; all of them have hidden chronic defects. Just look at Razer's own website to see the number of people complaining about the same issues. If you purchase any of these products, it will only be a matter of 2 to 3 months before the defects start to show.
