  Well it’s a very basic tea infuser. My initial assessment is it’s cost effective and is made of metal.
  
  Iam actually going to use this to hold a sponge with peppermint oil or some Irish spring soap to keep mice out the engine bay of my sons car over the winter. With the chain and hook I hope to keep it from falling or touching something it shouldn’t and not melt or burn, incase someone drives without removing it.
