  ah what a cute little toy for a baby
  it is light and soft ,
  when you turn it it makes a nice crackling noice ,
  the small ball on top too is entertaining
  and everything on this toy is made for teething and is safe for it
  made from soft silicone material it is really made for babies and they cannot hurt themselves
