    If you're into adventurous eats or just looking to sneak more superfoods into your day, this Natto and Kombu mix from YAMASAN Kyoto Uji is a surprisingly tasty win. It's freeze-dried, which makes it super easy to store and quick to rehydrate鈥攍iterally just add water and you鈥檝e got a nutritious little powerhouse ready to go. The natto has that signature funky richness (if you know, you know), and the kombu brings a savory, umami depth that balances it out nicely.
    I like to sprinkle this on ramen and any other japanese dish as a garnish, the natto is sour so I dont add too much.

    It鈥檚 vegan, non-GMO, and all-natural, which is great, but more than anything, it鈥檚 just a fun, healthy addition to soups, rice bowls, or even as a snack topper. Bonus: it鈥檚 made in Japan and feels legit, like something you鈥檇 get in a cozy Kyoto market. If you鈥檙e already a natto fan, this is a no-brainer. If you鈥檙e new to it, start small鈥攂ut stick with it, and your gut (and taste buds) might thank you.
