  Eastwood made (still making) and was involved in many movies going back 5-6 decades. Nearly all were entertaining and some were truly great. Unforgiven may be the best-of-the best. Unforgettable characters, superb acting, well written and produced... An exceptional movie just seems to 'click' and this one definitely does click.
  
  The DVD itself: bargain priced, rapid delivery, played through without any problems... Glad that it was offered on disc so I could replace the VHS copy which had degraded to barely-watchable.
