  I had to open the lid and move yhe pod few times until it worked! Lots lf brownish and residue came kut if the machine
  Descaling was easy as well and i can tell from the water that came out that it did a great job
  Vertuo plus got a seperate instrctions than the rest of vertuo line
  I recommend it
