  The media could not be loaded.

  PODS do NOT work. Used two pods in my ninja coffee maker and neither one worked. My machine sounded like it was grinding and gurgling, it was also shaking and then went into cleaning mode. They are obviously defective I tried to return but there are no returns. Stuck with a box of defective pods and out $25.
