Poor quality and missing shoulder strap

Product just arrived, without the shoulder strap. Also noticing the stitching around the zipper is poor quality. As other reviewers have mentioned, the overall quality of the product is quite poor. And the main material on the exterior of the bag is very thin and I don't think it would hold up well.
